Four warranty deeds were recorded in the Warren and Bristol Town Halls last week, Nov. 3-9, for homes that changed hands. 

The homes ranged in price from a high of $600,000 to a low of $255,000.

• 5 Peck Rock Road., Bristol, from Constantine A. Costianes and Martha J. Costianes to Joseph F. Parella and gail A. Parella for $600,000
• 12 Canario Drive, Warren, from John McDonald and Lynne McDonald to Peter O'Loughlin for $255,000
