WARREN, RI —Lila Delman Real Estate International said Friday the property at 18-20 Stonegate Road, in Touisset has sold for $1,600,000. Lila Delman Real Estate International was both the listing and the selling company in this transaction. Christine Dupuis and Ken Schadegg, co-managers in the firm's Providence office, represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer, respectively.

The closing represents the highest sale in Warren since the sale of 4 Stonegate on April 5, 2012, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
