Warren Man Charged With Sexual Assault
Providence County grand jury indicts man, 27, on 4 sexual assault charges that allegedly took place in Bristol.
A Warren man, 27, has been indicted by a Providence County grand jury on charges of sexually assaulting a woman in Bristol.
Orlando Diaz, of 18 Long Lane, will be arraigned on Oct. 30 in Providence County Superior Court on two counts of first-degree sexual assault and two counts of second-degree sexual assault.
The alleged assault took place on or around July 13 in Bristol, according to Bristol Police detectives, who conducted the investigation into the allegation.
