BRISTOL, RI ā A home at 55 Shore Road sold recently for the price of $1.8 million dollars, according to Residential Properties Ltd. The firm's sales associate Barbara Stamp, a member of RPLās Barrington office, was both the Listing and Selling Agent.

According to MLS data, this marks the fourth sale of a single family home in Bristol for over a million dollars this year. Residential Properties listed three of them.
Custom built in 1999, this waterfront residence evokes the "Newport Seaside Shingle Style" architecture of architects H. H. Richardson and McKim, Mead & White.
