Driver Hospitalized after Nooseneck Hill Road Crash

The force of the crash caused the engine to rip out of the engine bay.

COVENTRY, RI—One person was transported to the hospital after a rollover crash on Nooseneck Hill Road in Coventry on Sunday morning.

Firefighters transported the driver to Rhode Island Hospital after the crash, which happened in the area of 2405 Noosneck Hill Road at around 5:50 a.m.

Multiple units arrived to find a car resting against a tree. The driver reportedly was able to get out of the car by the time crews arrived.

The crash caused extreme damage to the car and the impact resulted in the engine ripping out of the engine bay.

Coventry police did not release any information about the crash Sunday morning.
