Trash And Recycling Pickup Delayed For Some Coventry Residents

COVENTRY, RI — Some Coventry residents may see a delay in their trash and recycling pickup this week, the town's Public Works Department said Tuesday.

The delay comes due to "bad luck" with trucks, the department said, adding that mechanics are working to get them back in operation as soon as possible.

Anyone who did not have their trash picked up on time is asked to leave it at the curb, and it will be collected as soon as possible. There is no need to call the department to report it.
