Storytime: Storytime at the Davisville Free Library is held Mondays and Fridays at 10 a.m.
Farm yard sale: The sale takes place at 74 Dean Ave., North Kingstown, starting at 9 a.m.
Trash pickup delayed: Because of the Victory Day holiday yesterday, trash pickup is delayed a day all week, so if your trash is usually picked up on Friday, it will be picked up on Saturday this week.

County Fair Time: The 47th Annual Washington County Fair, the largest agricultural event in Rhode Island, began Wednesday and runs through Sunday at its Rte. 112 fairgrounds location in Richmond. Free museum passes at NK Free Library: The summer’s winding down – if you are casting about for something fun to do and are willing to take a short drive, the NK Free Library has two sets of passes, one for the Newport Art Museum and one for the Mystic Seaport Museum.
