Dong Lee, 43, is suspected of stealing an iPhone 5 from the Smithfield phone store, among other charges.

A Providence man suspected of stealing an iPhone from the Smithfield T-Mobile store has been ordered held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions, and is suspected in more thefts since the Smithfield incident.
Dong Lee, 43, had been listed on the Rhode Island's Most Wanted website after Smithfield Police identified him from a surveillance video taken on May 30 at the phone store at 371 Putnam Pike.
Providence Police arrested Lee on June 20, and following a court hearing, he was remanded to the ACI for violating terms of probation set in a Jan. 14 case of felony theft brought by East Providence Police.
According to online court records, Lee also faces felony shoplifting and habitual shoplifter charges brought by Warwick Police on July 18.
He is next due for a court hearing on the Smithfield charges on Sept. 17.
