Trooper Log: Skipped Shoplifting Arraignment, Inmate Violates No-Contact Order

Scituate Barracks - At 12:45 p.m. Sept. 26, troopers arrested Toni Ann Folcarelli, age 20, of 32 Sears St., Providence, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for a misdemeanor shoplifting charge leveled by the Smithfield Police Department.
Troopers were alerted to the warrant when they stopped her vehicle stop on Valley Street in Johnston. She was processed at Headquarters then turned over to 3rd District Court.

ACI Inmate from Smithfield charged with violating no-contact order
Detective Bureau - On Sept. 26, 2013, detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Todd L. Sullo, age 38, with a last known address of 485 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, Rhode Island, with violating a no contact order. Sullo appeared before Judge William Clifton in Third Division District Court, pleading not guilty.
Clifton set bail at $1,000 personal recognizance and issued an additional no contact order for the victim. Sullo was sent to the Intake Service Center of the Adult Correctional Institutions to await trial on a previous charge of Domestic Assault.
