W.S. Sandel Elementary School will hold its third annual Resource Fair Friday, Nov. 11 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the fair is to empower parents and other community members about the social, safety, health and educational resources available in St. Andrews and surrounding areas.  The school needs organizations that offer services to participate in the fair.  In the past, these types of organizations have participated: <ul> <li>social service agencies - food banks, Hispanic outreach, hospices, special needs agencies </li> <li>schools - technical, adult education, English as second language, trade, colleges </li> <li>Veterans Affairs</li> </ul> If your organization wants to participate, fill out the attached form and e-mail it to the address above or fax it to 803-731-8977 by Wednesday, Nov. 9.
