When an officer stopped him, the officer smelled a strong presence of alcohol, and noticed Morris' speech was slurred and his eyes were red, according to an incident report.

Morris told the officer he had a few drinks a couple hours before picking up his daughter and her two friends from gymnastics, but didn't have any drinks since that time. The girls are 13 years old.

The officer arrested Morris after he failed a series of soberiety tests.

A breathalyzer test showed Morris' blood-alcohol level was .016 percent, the report read.
