Richland County deputies are looking for a man who they say tried to steal copper from a new home under construction.  Troy Kennedy, 29, is wanted for injury to real property to obtain nonferrous metals.  Deputies say he caused more than $5,000 in damage to the new home by trying to steal copper.  His last known address is 226 Bowling Ave. in Columbia.  Anyone with information about Kennedy's whereabouts should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
