Dance South Car Wash

Come support Dance South with a pancake breakfast and a car wash. Breakfast is from 8-10 a.m. and is $6. Donations will be accepted for a car wash. Dancers will perform every hour!

The Dance South Performing Arts Center is and arts education non-profit in Richland County, offering students experience and instruction in the performing arts and enriching the community with cultural events. Dance South services the entire Columbia community through it's programming held at the studio and as well  as outreach classses and performances  held thorughout the city. Adults and children alike can benefit from Dance South dance, drama, and music classes as well as an in-house artist incubator program, after school program, summer camp, and professional dance company.

The mission of this non-profit organization is to offer exposure to and instructionin the performng arts, and arts education for all ages regardless of race, religiousaffiliation, or economic background. The concept is based on choosing art as a weaponagainst poverty, racisim, and descrimination. The goal is to provide youth alternatinvesto negative behavior by installing self pride and boosting self-confidence  through selfexpression, self discovery, and discipline.
