SWATA (Spiritual Women Awakening To Authority) was founded by Dr. Marcia Bailey, Co-Pastor and Co-Founder of Right Direction Christian Center. Together, with her husband and Sr. Pastor, Dr. Herbert Bailey, they faithfully and lovingly pastor a congregation of 3000+ members in several locations throughout South Carolina.
Over 15 years, Dr. Marcia has dedicated herself to supporting, teaching, guiding, and coaching women...helping them navigate through the disappointments of life and teaching them how to celebrate the accomplishments of life.
SWATA is a movement that is changing the lives of women everywhere. The SWATA sisterhood is about love and acceptance of each other for who we are--it's a hate-free safe zone where it's ok if you're not perfect and it's ok to be you!
The mission of SWATA is to be used by God to encourage women to be their authentic self by creating an atmosphere of unconditional love and acceptance through support, celebration and sisterhood. Empowering and inspiring women to strive towards their dreams believe in themselves and to have hope for tomorrow.
