On Thursday night, GOP hopeful and Texas Gov. Rick Perry poked fun at himself on the Late Show with David Letterman. Perry, who on Wednesday failed to remember the three federal agencies he would eliminate, gave the audience something to laugh about as he offered up his "Top 10 Rick Perry Excuses" during the show.
