A man accused of setting fire to vehicles at a local car dealership has been arrested. Cody Duane Allen allegedly set a truck on fire at the on Two Notch Road on Thursday morning, according to a Columbia Police Department release. The truck, valued at $50,000, was lit using a paper bag. Other cars were damaged in the fire.  Allen is also accused of using a brick to break the windows of seven new vehicles.

A man accused of setting fire to vehicles at a local car dealership has been arrested. Cody Duane Allen allegedly set a truck on fire at the on Two Notch Road on Thursday morning, according to a Columbia Police Department release.

The truck, valued at $50,000, was lit using a paper bag. Other cars were damaged in the fire.  Allen is also accused of using a brick to break the windows of seven new vehicles.

Cody Duane Allen was charged with third degree arson. Police found him atop another vehicle eating from a jar of peanut butter.
