Columbia Police are looking for a man who is accused of exposing and fondling himself Sunday in front of a 10-year-old girl.  The girl's father told police the man approached his daughter in the 1500 block on Main Street just before 2 p.m. The girl was not physically injured.  The victim described the man as a black male, who was possibly wearing brown pants, a tan "fishing coat" with a yellow shirt underneath and a brown baseball cap, according to police. The father followed the man to the 100 block of Taylor Street but lost sign of him soon after. Anyone with information about the incident should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
