Sewer Repairs to Disrupt Gervais Street Traffic This Week

Repairs are scheduled for the 500, 800 and 600 blocks of Gervais Street.

Three sewer main repairs scheduled along Gervais Street will disrupt traffic from Tuesday until Thursday. 

On Tuesday, sewer main repairs are scheduled for the 500 block of Gervais Street along the median for both sides of the street. Wastewater Maintenance will set up traffic controls for both inbound and outbound left lanes. 

On Wednesday, sewer main repairs are scheduled for the sidewalk on the outbound/westbound side of the 800 blocks of Gervais Street. Wastewater Maintenance will set up traffic controls on the outbound/westbound right lane.

On Thursday, sewer main repairs are scheduled for the 600 block of Gervais Street along the median for both sides of the street. Wastewater Maintenance will set up traffic controls for both inbound and outbound left lanes. 

Each repair should be complete by the next day. Drivers will experience traffic disruption while repairs are taking place and should expect delays until the repairs are complete.
