Suspect Sought in Robbery of Victim With Handicap

Officials need your help in locating an armed robbery suspect.

The suspect allegedly appraoched another man at a store on Longcreek and Cambout Drive in St. Andrews around 9:30 on July 17, according to a sheriff's office press release. The suspect asked the victim, who has a handicap, for change then left him alone.

It wasn't until the victim was walking back to his apartment that the suspect approached him again with a gun and demanded his money, the press release said.

When the victim said he didn't have any, the suspect allegedly went through his pockets and fled on foot.
