Easley City Council Meeting Thursday

The city of Easley City Council has called a special meeting to be held Thursday November 3, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

The meeting will address the following agenda items:

1.  Call to order – Mayor Larry D. Bagwell

 
2.  New Business: (Ordinance First Reading)

Ordinance No. 2011-31

To annex 4867 Calhoun Memorial Highway and related property providing access and contiguity consisting approximately 2.680 acres of privately owned real property owned by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustees of Freeman 123, FLP and adjacent right-of-way on Calhoun Memorial Highway and to provide a zoning designation of General Commercial (Tax Map Number 5039-19-61-1651– portion).

Ordinance No. 2011-32

To amend Title XIII, General Offenses, of the Easley Code of Ordinances to add section 134.07 “Bath Salts and Synthetic Marijuana”.
