Pickens County Library Bookmark Contest Begins

In celebration of National Library Week, April 08-14, Pickens County Library System will be holding its annual bookmark contest, open to all library users.

This competition allows our patrons to express how the library has been a positive influence on their lives and in their communities. Entries must be no larger than 2 inches wide by 8.5 inches long.  Portrait orientation is strongly encouraged.  They may be either hand drawn or computer drawn, but clip art is not allowed.  Name, address, phone number, and category (Child or Adult) must be written on the back of each entry.  The Children's category is limited to those in the eighth grade and lower.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 26th, 2012.
