Concrete Primary Students Spread the Love Through Random Acts of Kindness
Second grade students completed several kindness projects in days leading up to Valentine's Day
Mrs. Kellett’s 2nd Grade Class has been busy performing random acts of kindness around Concrete Primary School and the surrounding community!
In an effort to teach the children that it feels good to do nice things for others (without expecting anything in return), they brainstormed some different activities they could do in the days leading up to Valentine’s Day.
Some of those included making Valentine treat bags for children at Miracle Hill, collecting canned food items for a local food pantry, surprising staff and faculty with different goodies to let them know how much they are appreciated, and making Valentine’s Day cards for children in a local hospital.Â
