CSI Requests Additional Information on Acquisition Proposal

Conumer Software Innovation or CSI Technology Outfitters said on Thursday afternoon that its Board of Directors had reviewed the acquisition proposal from Constellation Software Inc. and has requested addition information regarding that proposal.

The company said in a press release that it would review Constellation's proposal in more detail at that time.

Currently the board has not made a decision. Shareholders are reminded that there is no need for them to take action at this time.

Finally, the company said that it does not intend to make additional disclosures about any developments relating to the proposal received from Constellation, or any proposal that may be received from any other party, unless such disclosure is required by law.
