CU Singers Present Candlelight Christmas Concert

Concert will also feature holiday-themed poetry and short stories

Find a reprieve from the holiday hustle and bustle as the Clemson University Singers present a Candlelight Christmas Concert at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, at Clemson First Baptist Church.

The concert will be punctuated by holiday-themed poetry or short stories read by singers. A variety of holiday music will make up the program, with both traditional and non-traditional pieces representing musical genres from the medieval to the contemporary.

Many portions of the concert will also involve antiphonal singing requiring multiple choirs, creating a “surround sound” effect.
