After an autopsy on Tuesday afternoon, the deaths of two people found inside an Easley home have been ruled a murder-suicide.
Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley said Jeffrey Scott Carroll, 49, and Kelly Denise Metcalf, 42, both of 100 Red Oak Court, Easley, died of a single gunshot wound to the head.
 The incident is still under investigation by the Pickens County Sheriff's Office and the Pickens County Coroner's Office.
