Easley Man Facing Attempted Murder Charges
Police allege that Larry Thomas Perkins attacked a Travelers Rest man in his home.

An Easley man is facing multiple charges, including attempted murder, after Travelers Rest police say he attacked a man with a knife.
The Travelers Rest Tribune reports that Larry Thomas Perkins, 42, of Easley, is charged with attempted murder, first degree burglary, malicious damage to personal property, possession of a knife during the commission of a violent crime, and failure to stop for blue lights.
Perkins alleged broke into a Travelers Rest home and attacked a resident. Police say the victim was the current boyfriend of Perkins' ex.
