Easley Soccer Club & Charlton Athletic FC Announce Partnership

In May 2013 Charlton Athletic Football Club (CAFC), in conjunction with Atlanta based Global Image Sports (GIS) signed a partnership to create and develop a North American Academy. The goal is to select ten to twenty US youth clubs to join the CAFC North American Academy, thus creating a presence and exposure for the team in the U.S. and in return, helping provide established training methods and increased exposure for players at Easley SoccerΒ Club ("ESC").Β
We are excited to announce that as of the Summer 2013, ESC is now a CAFC partner club!
What this means for ESC
All of the partner programs will wear the CAFC North American badge (CAFC North American Academy) on the sleeve of their uniform(s). The US youth clubs and their staff get access to one of the best youth programs in the England and Europe through this unique partnership. Coaches and players can travel overseas and take an inside look at the youth academy of CAFC. Also, CAFC has set up a series of player identification camps across the United States to start scouting players for the main CAFC academy in the London area. This relationship will offer our players the opportunity to fulfill their dreams at the highest levels of soccer competition around the world.
