Economic Development, Crime Chamber Luncheons’ Focus

Alliance Pickens Executive Director Ray Farley will update Easley Chamber of Commerce members this week about the county’s economic outlook and his agency’s industry recruiting efforts.
Farley is set to speak at the Easley Chamber’s October Third Thursday Luncheon.
The luncheon will begin at 11:45am Thursday, Oct. 18 at Dunburks Premier Events in Easley.

The luncheon costs $15 for members and $18 for non-members. Call 859-2693 to RSVP.
In order to get an accurate count for caterers, anyone planning to attend any Chamber luncheon should RSVP by no later than noon the day before the event.

Anderson County Sheriff John Skipper will address Powdersville Business Council members next week.
Skipper is set to speak at the council’s October luncheon. The luncheon will be held at the Powdersville Library from 11:45am – 1pm on Thursday, October 25.
Cost to attend is $15 for members and $18 for non-members. RSVP by calling 859-2693.
