Easley Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning and Appeals will meet on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. 
The meeting will be held at 5:00 pm at the Planning and Development Office.

The following items will be discussed:

1. Variance request from Kip E. Decker, 102 Kelly Court, Pickens County Tax # 5038-15-64-6136 Easley, SC. Request to build a garage on the right side of
this house that would encroach 2 feet of the neighbors property line on one corner. 

2.  Variance request from Sophie King Cayton, 504 West Main Street, Easley, SC Requesting a variance from 30 ft setback to 10 ft setback on the road that fronts Cumberland Avenue house.
