About 150 people gathered inside the auditorium at for some toe-tapping, hand-clapping gospel singing.

Featuring popular gospel groups The Carolina Boys Quartet, Sisters and Beyond the Ashes, the singing was a fundraiser for the 2012 Upstate Kidney Walk.

Organizer Randy Bowers of Bowers Family Charities said he hopes to have another event in the fall.
