Football Moms Ready for Season to Kickoff

Easley's Green and White Game begins at 7 p.m. Friday and the mom's club will be selling concessions to help raise money for the team.

While the football season is still months away, there are some folks behind the scene who are ready to make it a winning season.

They call themselves the Easley Football Mom's Club. And while they can't be out on the field with their children, they do the next best thing by supporting them.

The mom's club works to raise money to help the football team meet its needs.

Kenyatta Moore, Kendrell Moore's mom, heads up the group of ladies. Fundraising has already started for the fall season. The group already has rasied money through a silent auction, but they aren't done yet.

At Friday's Green and White spring game, they will be selling concessions at Brice Field.
