Frances Hale Schaeffer, 77, of Easley, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012 at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of  the late Ray T. and Rachel Alexander Hale.
Surviving are her husband, Robert A. Schaeffer of the home; three daughters, Donna Knight, Cindy Hall and Sondra Hooper; three sisters, Willie Ruth Dorn, Margaret Glenn and Carolyn Montgomery; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; aunts, Lillian Hendrix and Margaret Painter and cousin, Danny Cantrell. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schaeffer was predeceased by a son, Michael Underwood and by a brother, Roy T. Hale.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from noon until 12:45 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
