Free Legal Clinic in Easley Tackles Estates, Wills

Clinic will be held in Easley on Oct. 4.

It's not a subject that we like to think about, but creating a will and having a plan for your estate will save your family a lot of heartache and hardship after you're gone.

An upcoming free legal clinic will tackle those hard to talk about topics.

The S.C. Bar Pro Bono Program will sponsor a free legal clinic in Easley on Thursday, Oct. 4.

The topic is wills, estates and probate, featuring attorney James C. Alexander. The clinic will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. at Pickens County Seniors Unlimited located at 401 Blair St.

The seminar is open to anyone who would like to attend. Registration is not required. A schedule of other upcoming seminars throughout the state is available online at www.scbar.org/clinics.
