GALLERY: Easley Christmas Parade

Did Patch take your picture at the parade?

A large crowd turned out on a beautiful day for the Easley Christmas Parade this morning.

There were fifty entries in today's parade as it rolled down Main Street, with Santa Claus himself making a grand entrance at the end with Mrs. Claus and some elves atop a fire truck.

What was your favorite float? I really liked the one decked out like the house from "A Christmas Story," complete with leg lamp!

There was lots of creativity on display in this year's float entries, from the Ta Ta Queens bright pink confection to Spotlight Dance's blast from the past.

Easley's Police Officer of the Year and Firefighter of the year led off the parade, followed by Mayor Larry Bagwell, City Council and Sen. Lindsey Graham.
