"Tighter," by Adele Griffin

"Baptized in Sweet Tea," by Ken Burger

The book is a collection of columns by Ken Burger, former executive sports editor of The Post & Courier in Charleston. Burger, an award-winning journalist, published his second book, "Sister Santee," in 2010. Author, Mary Alice Monroe on "Baptized in Sweet Tea is written with the warmth and wit of a southern storyteller at his best. Ken Burger's collection of columns are filled with unforgettable images, incidents, and people from different aspects of southern culture.
