Mr. Jesse Wayne Freeman, 77, of 349 Cardinal Drive, husband of Barbara Allen Freeman, passed away Monday, July 23, 2012 at his home.
Born Aug. 7, 1934 in Pickens County, he was a son of the late David and Myrtle Looper Freeman. Mr. Freeman was a U.S. Air Force veteran and was the owner and operator of Freeman Brother's Incorporated. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father and family man.
In addition to his wife of 32 years, he is survived by his children: Sandra Dee Vaughn (and husband Mike), Karen Adcox Tolley (and husband Eric) and Travis Wayne Freeman; step children: Danny Brewer and Trina Hoffert; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Entombment will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11:45 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
