The 29th Annual Azalea Festival is slated for April 19-20. Little Texas is slated to headline the entertainment Saturday, April 20.
The country rockers might be best known for their hit, “God Blessed Texas.” Other hits include “What Might Have Been” and “My Love.”

At their February council meeting, council approved allocating $5,000 to this year's festival.
City Administrator Katherine Brackett said the city will be reducing its overtime man hours during the festival from 109 to 32 hours.
“We think it's a good fit for both groups,” she said. “During the festival, we'll be relying on volunteers to help clean up the trash. If we can save some tax dollars, reduce the overtime from 109 to 32, that helps the whole budget.”
