Mark Your Calendar For Bellfest
Devil's Fork State Park celebrating flowering of Oconee Bells with all-day event March 16.

Come celebrate with us our region’s most famous harbinger of spring, the flowering of the rare and beautiful Oconee Bell. Within the borders of Devils Fork State lives a large community of these lovely, reclusive flowering plants. Come see the Bells, and the rest of spring’s rebirth, right here in your neighborhood state park.
The highlights of the day will include guided wildflower walks with Upstate Master Naturalists, live bluegrass music, guided boat tours of Lake Jocassee, guided woodland songbird tours, book signings by local writers, and, of course, good food. A silent auction is planned, and lots more! We’ll see you there!
This is a first of spring benefit to raise money for Devils Fork State Park and the host site for visiting magnificent Lake Jocassee.
