Marshalls Celebrates Grand Opening Thursday

Easley's newest retailer will open its doors tomorrow morning.

Marshalls is celebrating its Grand Opening in Easley Town Center with an all-day event Thursday, March 7.

The festivities kick off at 8am and will run until 10pm Thursday.

Events include the store's official ribbon-cutting, coffee and donuts from Dunkin Donuts.

Beginning around a 11am, a DJ will be spinning tunes and will play until about 6pm.

During that same time, a magician will be doing face-painting and magic tricks for the kids.

Phat Doggs will be handing out free hot dogs at that time as well.

The Clemson cheerleaders are set to arrive at 3:30pm and will sign autographs and visit with friends until about 6pm.

Free cupcakes and popcorn will also be given out as part of the celebration. Gift card prizes will also be given out during the festivities.

In addition to providing a new shopping option for local residents, the new store will add approximately 60 full- and part-time jobs to the area, according to store officials.

Store hours are 9:30 am. to 9:30 pm. Monday-Saturday and 11am to 8pm on Sundays.

The Easley Marshalls store will feature top-quality, on-trend fashions and the most sought-after designer brand names at unbelievable prices in ladies fashion, shoes, accessories, men’s apparel, home, juniors, kids apparel and accessories, luggage, beauty and more, according to store officials.
