MARYS House Seeking Administrative Volunteer
Those interested in volunteer position must be able to multitask.

MARYS House, a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide emergency shelter, services, and spiritual guidance to women and children fleeing domestic violence, is in need of a volunteer to help in our administrative offices.
The person filling this position will serve as Volunteer Coordinator/Administrative Assistant and will wear many hats and must be able to multi-task. The ideal candidate must be people-oriented with a servant’s heart and a passion for helping women and children create a better life.
The person must be energetic and have a flexible schedule and willing to commit 6 to 10 hours every week. While there is no monetary pay for this position; however, the reward comes with being a part of the team that helps change the lives of families in crisis.

To be considered, the candidate must undergo a criminal background investigation and be drug free. Person must be computer savvy and comfortable with new ideas and able to maintain confidentiality.
MARYS House has sheltered over 300 women and children since October 2008 and has provided services to more than 80 area families moving toward safe and independent lifestyles.
