Miss Mildred Mary Rankin, 86 formerly of Cleveland St., passed away Monday, May 28, 2012 at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born Feb. 22, 1926 in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Hasseltine Mason Rankin. Miss Rankin retired from Shealy Electrical with many years of service and was a longtime faithful member of Glenwood Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by her sister, Thelma Lowe (Rick); nieces, Teresa Boyter (Ric) and Wanda Lowe; nephews, Jackie Tyner and Marty Tyner (Wanda); six great nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Jack Tyner.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Sybil Rankin Tyner.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in the chapel of . Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 1:45 p.m. Wednesday prior the service at the funeral home.
