NBC's "The Biggest Loser" winner, Danni Allen, has ties to the Upstate.

The 26-year-old, who lost 121 pounds (nearly half her body weight) to take the crown Monday night, is a Clemson grad, according to a WYFF report.

Allen graduated from Clemson University with a degree in architecture and a minor in business administration, the station reported.

Allen, who came into the televised contest weighing 258 pounds, left a svelte 137.

Allen, who said she has struggled with her weight her entire life, said her father's recent health scare prompted her to trim down.
