New Green Wave Hall of Fame Members To Be Inducted Friday
2012 Green Wave Hall of Fame Members are Season Brotherton Mauger, Barry Dean Duncan, Michelle Robinson, Tony Robinson, Robert Michael "Mike" Owen and James Gregory "Greg" Robinson.

The Green Wave Hall of Fame will gain 6 new members Friday night.
The 2012 Green Wave Hall of Fame inductees will be officially entered into the Hall of Fame at halftime during Easley's game against Hillcrest Friday, October 26.
The game starts at 7:30pm.

Past inductees into the Green Wave Hall of Fame are invited to the induction dinner at 5:45pm in the school cafeteria.

Season Brotherton Mauger
A 1997, graduate of Easley High School, Season Brotherton Mauger was named to the Region I AAAA All Region Team in three years in a row – 1995, 1996 and 1997.
The SC Basketball Coaches Association selected Season to play on the 1997 All State Team.
In 1994, Season won the Green Wave Hustle Award.
That same year, the Easley Progress awarded Season Honorable Mention in the All Area category.
From 1995-1997, The Easley Progress selected Season to the All Area Team.
In 1997, she was named The Easley Progress Player of the Year.
Season was named the Green Wave Most Valuable Player in 1995, 1996 and 1997.
She had 1,083 career points and 823 career rebounds during her time on the EHS court.
Season graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. In Microbiology.
Barry Dean Duncan
A 1976 EHS graduate, Barry Dean Duncan lettered in football in 1973, 1974 and 1975.
In 1975, he was Co-captain of the EHS football team. That same year, he earned the Sportsmanship award for football.
In 1975, he lettered in both baseball and basketball and was a starter on the baseball team.
In 1976, Barry was a Co-captain of the baseball.
He was a member of the 1976 AAAA State Championship Baseball Team.
Barry played for the Easley Post 52 American Legion Baseball Team.
He was a four-year starter on the Erskine College baseball team.
While playing for Erskine, he was Captain of the baseball team in 1980.
That same year, he was named Most Valuable Player of the Erskine College baseball team.
During his baseball career, Barry Duncan was named to the NAIA All District, NAIA All Area and NAIA All American Honorable Mention Teams.
He was also named to the SC Collegiate All State Baseball Team.
Duncan graduated from Erskine College with a B.S. In Business Management.
Robert Michael (Mike) Owen
A 1968 EHS graduate, Owen played and lettered in football, basketball, baseball and track.
He was a member of the 1967 AA State Championship Football Team.
During his senior season, Mike scored 18 touchdowns while carrying the ball an average of 7 times a game.
He lettered in football three years and was named an All Conference Running Back.
Mike was also a member of the 1968 AA Upper State Championship Basketball Team averaging 10 points a game.
Mike competed in the 100-yard dash, 220-yard dash, the 4 X 100 relay team and the broad jump.
He qualified to the state meet in the 100-yard dash and the broad jump in 1968.
Mike ran a 9.8 second 100-yard dash, earning a second-place silver medal and setting an Easley High School record that still stands today.
He attended Clemson University, and was a starter cornerback for the Freshman Football Team.
He played football for the U.S. Navy in Guam and was selected to play in the Rice Bowl in Japan.
Michelle Robinson
A 1989 graduate of Easley High School, Michelle played volleyball and basketball on the Easley Junior High School teams.
She was a member of the Easley High Cross Country Team, and lettered in track at Easley High School in 1983, 1984 and 1985.
Michelle competed in relays in the state finals as a 7th grader.
She participated at different times in the following events: shot put, long jump, triple jump, 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, the 4 X 100 relay team and the 4 x 400 relay team.
She was a 1985 letterman of the Varsity Basketball Team.
In 1985, Michelle was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in 1985.
Michelle was an honorary member of the volleyball, basketball and track teams during high school.
She received an Associated Degree from North Greenville College and in 1998 received her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Journalism from North Greenville.
A scholarship is named in her honor. The Michelle Robinson Scholarship at Easley High School is presented by Dr. Jeffrey Lawson in honor of Michelle and her determined spirit and never say “can't” attitude.
Tony Robinson
A 1990 EHS graduate, Tony lettered in basketball and football in 1988, 1989 and 1990.
Tony was named All Conference in basketball in 1989 and 1990.
In 1990, he was named All State in basketball.
Tony was selected to the North-South All Star Basketball Game, sponsored by the SC Basketball Coaches Association and the SC Athletic Coaches Association.
Tony was a member of the 1988 AAAA Upper State Championship Baseball Team.
He is a 1994 graduate of Erskine College.
James Gregory (Greg) Spearman
A 1987 EHS graduate, Greg lettered in baseball for the Green Wave in 1984, 1985, 1986 and 1987.
In 1987, Greg was named co-Most Valuable Player in baseball and was named All Region-Pitcher that same year.
He was selected to the SC Baseball Coaches Association North-South All Star Game.
Greg played for Easley Post 52 American Legion for four season and in 1986 was the American Legion State Batting Champion.
Greg played baseball at Spartanburg Methodist College and USC – Aiken.
He was a four-year starter in college and was a member of USC -Aiken's World Series Team.
