
No one was injured in a fire at 205 Dogwood Lane Thursday afternoon.
Captain J.D. Willis with the Easley Fire Department said the call came in at 12:47pm Thursday.
First units on the scene reported the residence was heavily involved with fire upon arrival.

Two pumper trucks and a service unit responded to the fire.
Willis said the fire was brought under control within 30 minutes.

Firefighters spent an extended time performing salvage and overhaul operations, he said.
The home had no smoke detectors at the time of the fire, Willis said.
Easley Police assisted with traffic control at the scene, he said.
Easley Combined Utilities responded to the scene, turning off power at the residence.
The City Building Official also responded to the scene.
The American Red Cross is assisting the residents, Willis said.
The fire has been ruled accidental by the Easley Fire Department Cause and Origin Team, Willis said.
