Obituary: Winona Egendoerfer of Easley

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Easley.

Winona Egendoerfer, 79, wife of Deacon Gene Egendoerfer, died Thursday, February 14, 2013.

Born in Clay, KY, she was a daughter of the late Tom and Hattie Woodring Rich.

Mrs. Egendoerfer was a homemaker and member of St. Luke's Catholic Church.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are five children, Robert Egendoerfer (Sandy) of Mishawaka, IN, Mark Egendoerfer of Elkhart, IN, Kim Egendoerfer (Becky) of Mishawaka, IN, Jean Calbetzor (Steve) of Easley and Gregory Egendoerfer (Diane) of Portage, IN; daughter-in-law, Cindy Egendoerfer of Mishawaka, IN; twenty seven grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; a sister, Alice Baer of Citrus Springs, FL; and a brother, Everett Rich of Mishawaka, IN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Andrew Egendoerfer; and several brothers and sisters.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Easley.
