With Memorial Day just around the corner, barbecue is on the minds of many. So after a successful run with barbecue, we decided to pit the best places in our Upstate Patch sites against one another.

Pulled or chopped pork, it's the other white meat in South Carolina.

In our last , we asked readers in Easley, Mauldin and Taylors to tell us who had the "best barbecue in town." Now we are taking those three winners and pitting them against one another.
