Soiree To Benefit Samaritan Health Clinic of Pickens County

January 26 event is "red tie" affair and will be held at the Easley Armory

The Friends of the Clinic are pleased to announce the 2013 Samaritan Soiree will be scheduled for Saturday, January 26, benefiting the Samaritan Health Clinic of Pickens County.

Returning Soiree Chair, Kim Jordan has plans to transform the facility to coincide with this year’s theme. This year, the Samaritan Soiree is “going red” with A Red Tie Affair and will be held at the Easley Armory in Easley.

“Guests will be wowed by all things red,” commented Soiree Chair Kim Jordan. “I am excited to return as Soiree Chair and I plan to create an elegant evening to support Samaritan Health Clinic’s mission to provide medical services, health education and spiritual counseling to residents of Pickens County.”

Attendees will enjoy gourmet hors d’oeuvres and dancing with music provided by The Flashbacks. The silent auction will include exciting opportunities to bid on vacations, gift certificates and items donated by the area’s finest retailers. Since 1991, Samaritan Health Clinic’s mission has been to share the love of Christ by serving His people through medical services, health education and spiritual counseling. The funds raised by the Samaritan Soiree will provide free medical care and medication to residents of Pickens County who are not eligible for Medicaid, Medicare or private health insurance and those who have limited or no income.
