Ticket Worth $250,000 Purchased in Simpsonville

S.C. Education Lottery officals said that a Mega Millions ticket worth $250,000 was sold at Spinx, 1301 Fairview Road, Simpsonville.

The ticket sold in Simpsonville matched all five white ball numbers drawn Friday night.

Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.

Winning tickets for Friday night’s world record jackpot were sold in Maryland, Illinois and Kansas.

The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday’s drawing is $12 million.
