Coroner: Motorist Died of Natural Causes, Not Wreck

Daniel Kelley had no life-threatening injuries in Saturday's wreck.

The man found dead after a Saturday morning wreck died of natural causes and not the wreck, according toΒ Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury.

The Sunday autopsy revealed Daniel Kelley of Goose Creek had no wreck-related injuries that were life threatening. In a statement, Salisbury said Kelley had "other medical issues that caused his death."

Kelley was 33 years old. HisΒ vehicle ran off the road near the intersection of Highway 176 and Road 16.
