Goose Creek Bride Gets Hitched Hillbilly Style

A Goose Creek woman got hitched to a Jamestown man Hillbilly style in Moncks Corner. 

April Martin played the part of the reluctant bride as she was hauled up to the "alter," also known as an outhouse. Her husband, Mark Shuler, made a few jabs at her cooking (not as good as his mama's) and told her he'd still love her no matter how many critters she brings home (but she has to keep in mind the cost of feeding them). 

As the preacher said, it's a lucky thing to find someone you want to spend the rest of your life with. 

"Mark and April have done just that, and even luckier? They found someone they're not even kin to," the preacher said. 

The bridesmaids, groomsmen and entire wedding party dressed the part, wearing overalls and floppy hats.
